Nikki Brigham

Nikki Brigham serves as the Energy Efficiency Education Coordinator for Georgia Power. In this role, Nikki serves nine school districts in the East Region, deliver presentations to attract students to energy industry, participate in community events and assist schools with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) events, develop internal and external relationships, develop meaningful community partnerships with local schools and businesses, serve on local CTAE (College, Technical, Agricultural, and Education) boards.

Prior to working at Georgia Power, Nikki served as an educator for 11 years as a classroom teacher, Mentor Teacher, Assessment Coordinator, Title I After School Program Coordinator, Leadership Program Manager, Title I Lead Teacher, and Adjunct Instructor in various locations including the state of Georgia, China, and South Korea. Nikki served as a Team Leader at Sitel Corporation. In this role, Nikki was responsible for coaching, training, and supervising a team of 45 employees who were responsible for providing technical support to customers. In 2001, Nikki served as an Account Management Representative at JPMorgan Chase for seven years. She was responsible for ensuring collection of monies owed to the company, resolving billing disputes, and assessing credit risk.

Nikki serves on numerous boards in the community including the CTAE Work-based Advisory Board Steering Committee for both the Richmond County School System and Jefferson County School District and RISE Augusta Board Member.

Nikki is excited to bring her unique blend of skills and experience to a new challenge where she can continue to drive success, contribute to the local community, and make a meaningful impact. Nikki is confident that her proven ability to lead initiatives will make her a valuable asset.
